  1. Bail reform.
    What a joke.
They are free to continue their lives and victimize more people. The sad truth is this. They can continue to sell drugs, steal from homes, bisinesses, people and still serve the same jail time they were originally arrested for. In fact, if you are arrested for burglary, the mandatory sentence in NJ. Is 5 years. It doesn’t matter how many people you have robbed. It’s still 5 years. So, under this new law (thank you Governor) they release them to the streets to continue leaving a trail of victims. And why not? it’s still going to be the same sentence no matter how many people they victimize. This new law is also going to encourage waiting felons to go on the run. Watch how high the court contempt charges rise. Which then, will cost us the tax payers.
