Vineland police have arrested Josue R. Colon, 24, of Vineland for having “inappropriate contact” with a student. The Press of Atlantic City has reported that Colon has been charged with sexual contact and endangering the welfare of a child. Colon was released on a summons. No information was released on when the alleged incident occurred.
