Larry Bostic, 65, of Vineland, was arrested and charged with five counts of child endangerment and five counts of invasion of privacy after police discovered a small camera hidden in the changing rooms used by juvenile employees.

Bostic was released and FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform after the Arnold Foundation’s “Pretrial Risk Assessment” tool determined that he was not a danger to the community or a flight risk and therefore should not be subject to any accountable release – just a “promise” to appear

Ice cream store owner filmed juvenile workers in changing room, police say

A Vineland store owner is facing charges for allegedly videoing juvenile employees while they were in a changing room.

Vineland Police say that Larry Bostic, 65, of Vineland was under investigation after they received information that he may have been conducting inappropriate surveillance.

When police executed a June 22 search warrant at his store Cool Breeze Ice Cream, located on 312 W Landis Avenue, they found a small camera hidden in the employee changing room.

The camera lead back to a monitor and recording device. It was then that police noticed that the people being recorded were juvinille females.

Bostic is being held at the Cumberland County Jail. He was charged with five counts of child endangerment and five counts of invasion of privacy.
