Nicolas Rodriguez, 30, was released from state prison on November 1, 2016 after serving 50 months of a 5 year sentence (60 months).  Rodriguez had been incarcerated since August 28, 2012 on a variety of charges, including terroristic threats, resisting arrest, and eluding while operating a motor vehicle.

It took Rodriguez only 122 days to be arrested again, while on parole, for drug related charges, including possession of drugs, failure to make proper disposition of drugs, and distribution and manufacturing of heroin.

On Mar 3, 2017, Rodriguez was released by Court Order…FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform.
