Sewell, NJ – Man Charged With Possession of Child Pornography – FREE TO GO Next Day under NJ Bail Reform

William J. Arrison, 57, of Sewell, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child with possession of child pornography.  Arrison was jailed on May 1 2017 – and quickly released and FREE TO GO on a “pinky promise” under NJ Bail Reform the next day.
