Jersey City, NJ – City worker facing up to 10 years after child porn arrest FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform

Christopher Todd

Christopher Todd, of Lyndhurst, was arrested and charged with endangering the welfare of a child and distribution of child pornography – seizing computers reportedly used in the distribution of child pornography.

Todd, who has been suspended from his job as a firefighter, was released and FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform after the Arnold Foundation’s “Pretrial Risk Assessment” tool determined that he was not a danger to the community or a flight risk and therefore should not be subject to any accountable release – just a “promise” to appear.
