Trenton, NJ – Man charged with stabbing another man in the groin FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform

Milos Holan, 20, was charged with aggravated assault and weapons charges after he allegedly stabbed a 27-year-old man in the groin during an argument before fleeing the scene.

Holan was later released and FREE TO GO after the “Pretrial Risk Assessment” tool determined that they were not a danger to the community or a flight risk and therefore should not be subject to any accountable release – just a “promise” to appear.

Trenton man charged with assault of victim stabbed in the groin

Police have arrested a Trenton man on charges he stabbed another man early Sunday morning

Milos Holan, 20, faces aggravated assault and weapons charges.

Police were called to the 900 block of Brunswick Avenue around 1:26 a.m. on a report of a stabbing.

Holan is accused of stabbing a 27-year-old man twice in the groin during an argument before fleeing the scene in a silver Jeep.

Street Crimes Unit detectives received information that led them to Lawrence, where they found evidence relating to the crime that led them back to the 800 block of Ohio Avenue, police said. There, they found Holan, who still had blood on his hands, police said.

After further investigation, police arrested and charged Holan.
