Store Clerk and Santa arrested for Child Porn Free to Go under NJ Bail Reform

Christian Winner

A Shop & Stop and K-Mart employee was arrested for possession of “digital files depicting nude or sexually explicit prepubescent and pubescent children” is now home relaxing after his unaccountable FREE release under NJ Bail Reform.

Dumont, NJ – Christian Winner, 49, was arrested and charged with collecting child pornography after a raid of his Larch Ave home in April.

Winner, who worked at the Stop & Shop in Emerson and the K-Mart on Westwood, was later released and FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform after the Arnold Foundation’s “Pretrial Risk Assessment” tool determined he was not a danger to the community or a flight risk and therefore should not be subject to any accountable release – just a “promise” to appear.  Winner posted a photo of himself on Facebook depicting himself as Santa Claus.

The release is yet another example of the thousands of unaccountable and FREE TO GO pretrial releases of those criminally charged under the NJ Bail Reform Act.
