Cocaine Dealer Busted In Morris County: Prosecutor

A Newark man was arrested in Roxbury after police say he dealt cocaine in and around Morris County, the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office announced on Friday.

Terrance T. Clemens, 41, of Newark, was arrested on March 30 after an investigation into illegal narcotics.

Roxbury Police Detectives and the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office Special Enforcement/Narcotics Task Force found more than just drugs during their search. In addition to 200 grams of cocaine, police found $17,000 in cash, a handgun loaded with hollow point bullets, and car they say was being used to distribute the drugs.

Clemens was charged with first and second degree possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, being a certain person not permitted to have a weapon, distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, and two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
