Gloucester County, NJ – Prosecutors Office “Fugitive of the Week” Another NJ Bail Reform Failure

Amber M. Derkotch (GCPO)

Amber M. Derkotch, of Williamstown, is wanted by the Gloucester County Prosecutors Office for violation of release conditions relating to a 3rd degree possession of heroin charge.

So who picks up the tab for the fugitive recovery cost?  You guessed it, you the taxpayer…the same taxpayer who is paying $500 million dollars for the bail reform system that released her on a “pinky promise.”
