There’s no need for this reform here in Florida or anywhere else for that matter. If these people are in jail there’s a good chance bad reasoning got them there. Allowing them the time to at least chill out, sober up & regain some since of dignity. Patting them on the back & sending them back out into the streets like saying get back in there little soldier isn’t helping anyone or anything from what I can tell. Let’s see this for what it is people. Your tax payers paying for you to be raped, pillaged & fed upon by the sick warped minds of people who have YOUR full reinforcement and finances to back them up.
