Franklin Twp, NJ – Community soccer complex drug dealer FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform

Tyler A. Fuller, 23, of Franklinville, was arrested for the distribution of heroin, crack, and marijuana while parked at the community athletic complex in of quiet town of Franklinville, NJ.

Police who were patrolling the complex found Tyler parked in his car just after midnight. In Fuller’s possession was 53 bags of heroin, 3 bags of marijuana, and crack cocaine.

Fuller was released and FREE TO GO under NJ Bail Reform guidelines after the “Pretrial Risk Assessment” tool determined that he was not a danger to the community or a flight risk and therefore should not be subject to any accountable release – just a “promise” to appear.

Alleged drug dealer nabbed at soccer complex

Police arrested a man on drug distribution charges after allegedly finding him in a park around midnight with heroin, crack and pot.

Franklin Township Police Patrolman Gregory Halikman was patrolling the township youth soccer complex on Dutchmill Road shortly after midnight on Wednesday when he found a vehicle occupied by Tyler A. Fuller, 23, of Franklinville.

In Fuller’s vehicle, police found 53 bags of suspected heroin, three bags of marijuana and a bag of suspected crack cocaine.

Fuller was charged with possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute crack/cocaine, possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
