PARSIPPANY, NJ— Following a months long investigation lead by the Special Enforcement Unit (SEU), three were arrested in connection to a county-wide drug selling operation, Parsippany Police said in a statement.

During a search warrant execution, the SEU found 25 Oxycodone pills, 373 Xanax pills, approximately 3 pounds of Marijuana, and $12,576 in cash in a Jefferson home. Items stolen from a Parsippany home in January were also found at the house.

Two were arrested during the Jan. 20 raid: Denzel Johnson, 22, and Jason Valentini. A third person, Casey O'Hern, was arrested on Feb. 8 in connection to the burglary.

During the arrest, Johnson was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest for violating his probation.

Johnson was charged with possession with the intent to distribute a schedule II controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a state park, possession with the intent to distribute a schedule II controlled dangerous substance, possession of a schedule II controlled dangerous substance and receiving Stolen Property.

Johnson was taken to Morris County Correction Center, and was released the next day after an initial court hearing.

Valentini was charged with intent to distribute a schedule II controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a state park, intent to distribute a schedule II controlled dangerous substance, intent to distribute marijuana, intent to distribute marijuana within 500 feet of a state park, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance and marijuana.

O'Hern was charged with receiving stolen property.

Both Valentini and O'Hern were released on their own recognizance pending a court appearance.
